2017-06-26: I ordered 2 items: mat cover for dog fence and dog fence, both came in so quickly. Dog fence actually came in the NEXT day - excellent service! What's more impressive is the fact that I have to return the 2 items since I was given the same exact thing from a friend. Talked to Roberta from Chewy today and she told me that there's no need to return them, just donate them to animal shelter and they will reimburse me for it. I was totally awed that they not only are so quick with deliveries and have great customer service but giving to charity as well - what a noble cause!
